In 2009, I witnessed, Josie, a patient lose 12-14 pounds monthly. When the patient had lost around 45 pounds, I tried the program and was successful too! I lost 33 pounds and went from a size 16 to a size 6. That was without exercising or expending a lot of mental energy obsessing about points, calories, and fat grams. I have to say that it was fairly easy. P.S. After 10 months, the same patient had lost 100 pounds!
